The main stadium for the Commonwealth Games in India in October was finally opened Tuesday following several delays to complete its remodeling. Indian Sports Minister M.S. Gill and Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikhsit performed the inauguration ceremony at the 60,0000-capacity Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi.
